FAQ's

1. What are my payment options?  We accept various forms of payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.  You can see these payment icons at the bottom of the shopping pages.

2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States.
3. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

After placing your order on Pazbella, you will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

4. How long are shipping times?

We process orders within two business days of receiving the order.  From that point, it takes 3-5 business days for items (depending on the product) to arrive after the shipment date, depending on the carrier provider and the location.  We do apologize for any shipment delays that may occur due to the carrier's service, but rest assured, you will be able to track your order at all times with the tracking information that will be provided to you once the items have been shipped.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes.  As soon as your products ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.  

6. What's your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time your products arrive.  After this time period, we can no longer accept any returns.   Please refer to our Return Policy regarding returns and refunds. You may also email us at support@pazbella.com for further assistance.

7. Is ordering online secure?                                                                       

Yes.  We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store.  Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
